If you're not satisfied with your item, and it has not been worn, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Please note, there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund. The item must be in new condition with original tags still attached. SUPERFORME reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
To return a product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name, address and order number. We will respond promptly with further shipping instructions and a return authorization number. Please clearly print the authorization number on the front of the package.
When we receive your return, we will provide a refund in the form of original payment. At this time, SUPERFORME will not cover shipping costs or provide labels for returns. It is our highest priority to make sure you are satisfied and to constantly improve our product.
At this time we are unable to process exchanges – if you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and then place another order for the alternative selection. (But it doesn't hurt to email us at email@example.com and we will try to accommodate you).
